We are seeking a highly-motivated person to work as our Parks Maintenance & Operations Technical Associate (“Parks M&O Associate”). This critical role will monitor our Lucity Computerized Maintenance Management System (“Lucity CMMS”) and Geographic Information System (“GIS”) Mapping Technology activities while performing complex analysis and working independently. This is a part-time position working 20 – 30 hours per week, which will extend up to a total of 1,000 hours over a 12-month period. The work environment will be a combination of remote and in-person work. Some driving is required to visit sites. Employees in a part-time classification are at-will and not covered by the City's Civil Service System.Qualified applicants will have shown success in the following competencies:
