Accounting Technician I

The City of Escalon has an opening for an Accounting Technician I. This position performs a wide range of work in support of maintaining the technical financial transaction for the City. Duties may include A/P, A/R, Payroll, utility billing, account reconciliations, budgeting, HR and customer service. Equivalent to AA in Accounting, Finance or related field and 3 yrs. exp. in governmental accounting.
