THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The Ideal Camp Cook Candidate is someone who:
The Camp Cook will assist the Food Service Coordinator in preparing and serving nutritious meals and in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Located in South Lake Tahoe, Camp Concord is a high energy Family and Group Rental Camp where everyone shares unique talents and abilities to accomplish goals as a team. Approximately 150 meals are served cafeteria style to campers and employees three times a day. This position plays a key role in the development and delivery of quality, nutritious meals on camp as well as at offsite venues such as local beaches and lakes. Position includes meals and housing on camp during time of employment.

|The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multitask, demonstrate excellent hospitality and customer service, and maintain grace under pressure. Experience in the preparation and delivery of food service for large groups, maturity, ability to work with staff of all ages and a positive attitude is a must.
Requirements Minimum age to apply: 18
*Requirements must be obtained as a condition of employment. Necessary training and information can be provided.
